MCT Oil is one of the fastest way to boost your mind and body with clean and long lasting energy. It gives you the opportunity to burn ketones as fuel even tho you are not in ketosis. 

MCT stands for medium chained triglycerides. In this oil we use C8 (caprylic acid) and C10 (capric acid). These fatty acids are known to give fast energy to your body since they are not broken down in the same way traditional fatty acids is. The MCTs go a shorter way to become energy in the body by passing thru the small intestine and make its way to the liver. In the liver it can be utilized as energy in form of ketones which is one of the main fuels for the brain.

Our MCT Oil is solely sourced from coconut oil. We package the prodcut in a dark glass bottle to protect the oil from light. We have choosen not to use palm oil based MCT since that contributes to the deforestation of the orangutans habitat which is something that we don't want to be a part of. 

MCT Oil is a perfect energy booster in coffee, tea, smoothies, soups and pastries. Don't worry - it wont ruin your favorite beverage. It will blend in perfect with its neutral odor and taste.  

If you experience and upset stomach with feelings of nausea or diarrhea we recommend that you lower the dose for some time and gradually make it higher until you can tolerate the recommended dosage.
